A little bit about JEP Fit
Trained specifically to improve biomechanics and reduce risk of injury during exercise
My aim at Jep fit is to deliver do-able, practical and useful workouts in a personal and friendly way.
I have been working as a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer for the last 14 years. For the last 4 years have worked from my home delivering classes to clients, mainly over the age of 40, both men and women.
Due to COVID-19, I had to close my Studio in March and am now delivering my classes online via Zoom every week.
I have always made sure that I recognise my client’s chronic injuries and am always keen to keep this in mind when teaching, along with other medical problems they may have for example, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes etc.
My training as a Rehabilitation Trainer has also helped me deal with common joint problems that clients may have.
